We also have an special Program named Brain Warm Up, for Kids and Seniors.
Brain Warm Up is a Before-After school program that sparks students brains by leveraging techniques used in professional boxing. Our proprietary methodology is the result of eighteen years of studying child development, physical education, and learning techniques and coaching professional boxers.
Brain Warm Up Senior program aimed at people +55 years old. This is a vulnerable population that requires special attention. The fundamental objective of this Program is to guarantee Physical Wellness and Mental Health to seniors.

Our facilities provides a clean, disinfected and sanitized zone, well equipped and safety environment where your child and/or you will enjoy excellent classes and exquisite treatment from our instructors. We also offer nutritional drinks and supplements as complementary service.
If you live far from our facilities location or your daily activities doesn’t let you enough time to attend our presence classes, we can offer you the Online Classes service. Please, make an appointment through the Booking Section in our Web Site choosing Online Classes.
For the try-out you must bring your own sport clothes and shoes. As soon as you proceed with your SUBSCRIPTION we will give you the necessary clothing and boxing equipment for the practice at a cost of $0.00.
