Brain Warm-Up is a Before-After school program that sparks students brains by leveraging techniques used in professional boxing.  The program works on child concentration, brain speed, hand-eye coordination, and multiple life skills (e.g. resilience, perseverance, self-confidence, self-control) which contribute to the holistic development of the student. Our proprietary methodology is the result of more than twenty years of studying child development, physical education, and learning techniques and coaching professional boxers.  

Over the years, many children have benefited tremendously from our unique approach.  We have helped transform D Students to Honor Roll Students while developing their Emotional Intelligence. As many parents have stated, Brain Warm Up is a life-changing experience.
