Group Boxing Class Sessions

You have voluntary provided your contact information to make recurring payments to KMJ PLAYBOXING INC. and also you acknowledged and satisfactorily accepted that all monthly payments for classes must be made before the agreed date (100% non-refundable payment).

You are fully aware that all late payments, after 5 days, will be charged a late fee of $25.00 to your bank account or Credit/Debit Card. **KMJ Playboxing Inc, is not required to send any further notice or reminder of this requirement. Members should contact Playboxing Staff in the Payment Date or before the expiration of the time period. 

*All payments must be made monthly.

On the other hand, you also acknowledge  that pictures and/or videos of your child(ren) may be taken during classes for promotional purposes to support our boxing program BRAIN WARM UP that is property from KMJ PLAYBOXING INC. Our instructors will give your children a sporting experience and opportunity to learn and develop life skill through boxing.

To celebrate their accomplishments a Playboxing Level Test will be scheduled  in the last month of the school year (We will let you know). This performance requires an additional fee (from $65.00) for Medals, Certificates, Clothing and Belts by Level.

You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your bank account (0.00% charge) or debit/credit card with a charge of 3.85% each month. You will be charged the amount agreed each billing period. All monthly payments for classes must be made before your payment date of each month. KMJ Playboxing Inc reserves the right after one month without payment to withdraw any student from the classes.

You understand that this authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it in writing, and you agree to notify KMJ Playboxing Inc in writing of any changes on your account information or termination of this authorization at least 10 days prior to the next billing date.

After a billing cycle start KMJ Playboxing Inc will not refund the account. If the above noted payment dates fall on a weekend orholiday, you understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day.

In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Nonsufficient Funds (NSF), you understand that KMJ Playboxing Inc may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days and you agree to pay an additional Fee charge for each attempt returned NSF, which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment.

You acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to your account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. You certify that you are an authorized user of your credit card/bank account and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with your bank or credit card company; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in the authorization form.
